The ArgonØ (pronounced argon-nought) recovers up to 95% of the available purge gas at purities of 99.9998 i.e. 5.8N delivering process cost reduction, reduced CO2 footprint and productivity enhancement. It operates with both oil and dry vacuum pumped furnaces and is based on technology jointly developed with Cambridge University.
